HELP & FAQ
Good questions.
Straight answers.
What is TeamFundz?
TeamFundz brings club games and community engagement together, starting with Last Man Standing. Explore the collection for the wider vision.
Which games can my club use?
Last Man Standing is our first game, with more formats to follow. Explore the game pages and contact us to discuss availability for your club.
Which features are available?
This website describes the TeamFundz experience we are building. Email and Android game notifications, WhatsApp updates and picks, club pages, sponsor spaces, reporting and additional game formats are not yet available as a public service. Please contact us to confirm availability for your club. Always check your game deadline.
Does everything happen automatically?
The connected Last Man Standing workflow is designed to handle fixtures, deadlines and results, with exceptions flagged for organiser review. It is not a promise that every situation can run unattended.
How do I get help?
Start with the guides here. For an existing game, use your organiser’s established contact channel. For help using TeamFundz, email support@teamfundz.co.uk. For other enquiries, find the right contact.
Does TeamFundz offer prizes or sell raffle tickets here?
No. This website introduces game formats; it does not sell entries, award prizes or process donations. Matchday and number-based concepts require separate approval before they can be offered.
Where are the full rules?
Your organiser’s published game Rules govern eligibility, deadlines, picks and outcomes. The game pages here are brief introductions.
COMMUNICATIONS & YOUR CHOICES
Know what to expect.
How does optional auto-pick help?
If an eligible active entry has no main selection at lock and auto-pick is enabled, the game’s Rules determine the backup or eligible unused team to use. If no eligible team is available, a missed pick can still occur. Auto-pick is optional and never guarantees survival.
Will I be able to choose my notification channels?
Notification settings are designed to let you choose email, Android notifications, WhatsApp or a combination. Game updates will be separate from essential sign-in and security messages.
How do I recognise TeamFundz emails?
Our configured automated sender is notifications@notify.teamfundz.co.uk. It is send-only; request help at support@teamfundz.co.uk. A displayed sender name or address alone does not prove a message is genuine. If a message seems unexpected, open TeamFundz through your usual trusted route and ask for help. Do not share passwords or sign-in links.
